Une r\u00e9union d’information g\u00e9n\u00e9rale<\/strong> est propos\u00e9e en mars<\/strong> (une r\u00e9union pour chaque type d’accueil). Un premier accueil<\/strong> est ensuite pr\u00e9vu avec la directrice de la Ruche.
Lors de cette premi\u00e8re rencontre, un dossier administratif est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 et le fonctionnement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la structure d\u2019accueil est expliqu\u00e9. La directrice fait visiter les locaux de la structure d\u00e9sir\u00e9e. Elle informe sur l\u2019accueil dans les diff\u00e9rents services , les permanences, les commissions, les r\u00e9unions\u2026<\/p>\n

La commission<\/strong> d’attribution se d\u00e9roule mi-avril, <\/strong>\u00e0 la suite de laquelle vous recevez une r\u00e9ponse concernant une entr\u00e9e en septembre, avec jours de garde (horaires pr\u00e9cis \u00e0 d\u00e9finir lors de l’\u00e9tablissement du contrat).<\/span><\/p>\n

\nLa \u00ab fiche doudou<\/strong> \u00bb est remplie par le parent, en lien avec son\/sa r\u00e9f\u00e9rent.e. Cette fiche sp\u00e9cifie les habitudes de l’enfant, ses particularit\u00e9s, ses habitudes alimentaires, ses rythmes de sommeil et d’alimentation et est modifi\u00e9e chaque fois que n\u00e9cessaire. Elle permet de faire le lien du suivi de l\u2019enfant entre professionnel.le.s. La fiche doudou constitue la premi\u00e8re page du cahier de rythme.
\nL\u2019adaptation progressive permet aux parents, professionnel.le.s et enfants d\u2019apprendre \u00e0 se conna\u00eetre.<\/strong>

Une fois l\u2019adaptation finie<\/strong>, l\u2019enfant peut \u00eatre inscrit au gr\u00e9 des besoins, et des places disponibles tout en conservant son\/sa r\u00e9f\u00e9rent.e sur l’ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

En cas d\u2019urgence, le temps d\u2019adaptation peut \u00eatre extr\u00eamement r\u00e9duit et l\u2019enfant accueilli imm\u00e9diatement.<\/em><\/p>\n

L’inscription en cours d’ann\u00e9e est possible en cas de besoin, et ce jusqu’en avril.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

L’accueil se fera suivant les places restantes. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, les places \u00e9tant toutes attribu\u00e9es, il s’agira plut\u00f4t d’un accueil occasionnel. Celui ci est possible en fonction du remplissage des structures. Il est changeant d’une semaine \u00e0 l’autre.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

L’inscription d’un enfant se fait le mardi pour la semaine suivante, par mail ou t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, ce qui permet \u00e0 l’assistante de direction de combler les places vacantes suivant les demandes.<\/span><\/p>\n

Durant les vacances scolaires<\/strong>, l’accueil des enfants peut changer du fait d’une organisation diff\u00e9rente des familles : les parents re\u00e7oivent un sondage de pr\u00e9sence des enfants environ 2 semaines avant les vacances, afin d’organiser les services.<\/p>\n

Processus d’inscriptionInscription pour un accueil r\u00e9gulier \u00e0 partir de septembreUne r\u00e9union d’information g\u00e9n\u00e9rale est propos\u00e9e en mars (une r\u00e9union pour chaque type d’accueil). Un premier accueil est ensuite pr\u00e9vu avec la directrice de la Ruche.Lors de cette premi\u00e8re rencontre, un dossier administratif est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 et le fonctionnement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la structure d\u2019accueil est expliqu\u00e9. La directrice fait visiter les locaux de la structure d\u00e9sir\u00e9e. Elle informe sur l\u2019accueil dans les diff\u00e9rents services , les permanences, les commissions, les r\u00e9unions\u2026Le d\u00e9p\u00f4t du dossier de demande de place est \u00e0 remettre avant fin mars. La commission d’attribution se d\u00e9roule mi-avril, \u00e0 la suite de laquelle vous recevez une r\u00e9ponse concernant une entr\u00e9e en septembre, avec jours de garde (horaires pr\u00e9cis \u00e0 d\u00e9finir lors de l’\u00e9tablissement du contrat).
